We are looking for a Research Assistant to support our team in conducting a Delphi study and organising a related workshop. The candidate will work closely with senior researchers to facilitate the Delphi process and disseminate findings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing the Delphi study and developing questionnaires.
- Coordinate communication with participants and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Organise and facilitate a workshop to present the study results.
- Conduct literature searches and prepare materials for the study and workshop.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Help draft reports and journal papers
- Coordinate workshop logistics.
Qualifications and experiences:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Public Health, Social Sciences).
- Understanding of research methodologies, particularly the Delphi technique.
- Experience in data analysis and strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Pursuing a PhD in a related field or previous experience with Delphi studies.
- Familiarity with workshop facilitation.
Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
