This job will require excellent organisation skills to lead a rapid review of validated family reported outcome measures in the context of brain injury. The post holder will also be required to facilitate public engagement workshops with family members where we will seek to understand what outcomes really matter after brain injury.
There is a possibility that this will develop into a Delphi study and therefore the post holder should be familiar with this methodology or have a commitment to learn. This work will be pivotal to a future application for funding where we will seek to establish a registry of outcomes for families after traumatic brain injury.
